The Foundation

We are committed to making a positive impact and meaningful contribution to the communities around us, notably through the Panmure Liberum Foundation. The Foundation is a registered charity providing financial and practical support to disadvantaged communities across London, with a particular focus on young people and improving their life prospects.

Since its establishment, the Foundation has supported a wide range of causes through annual fundraising, raising over £1m to date. Rather than one-off donations, we partner with our anchor charities over the long term, ensuring our support delivers lasting change.

Our current anchor charities are Fair Shot and Onwards & Upwards.

Supporting our communities

Our employees and clients can take pride in being part of an organisation that is genuinely committed to social responsibility. This is reflected in regular fundraising initiatives led by our employees, from charity runs and quiz nights to Christmas toy drives and bake sales.

Widening access to careers in finance is also a key focus of our work. We run a programme of student aspiration days and work experience placements, helping young people who might not otherwise have the opportunity to build the skills and confidence needed to pursue a career in the City.
