Modern Slavery Act Statement 2026

August 2026

Introduction

Panmure Liberum Limited (“Panmure Liberum”) and its ultimate parent Panmure Liberum Group Limited is committed to conducting business with transparency, integrity and respect for human rights and expect the same standard from all contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.

Panmure Liberum’s principal activities include institutional and corporate stockbroking, cash equities, equity research and investment banking. Panmure Liberum is incorporated and domiciled in England.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “Act”) and sets out the steps taken by Panmure Liberum during the financial year ending 31 December 2025 to identify, assess and mitigate the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking in its operations and supply chains.

Approach

Panmure Liberum maintains a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. As a financial services provider that does not manufacture, produce or retail physical goods, our supply chain carries a comparatively low inherent risk to other sectors. We recognise, however, that certain supplier categories, including cleaning, catering, security and logistics providers carry a higher inherent risk, and that IT hardware supply chains may involve elevated risk at lower manufacturing tiers. These categories are subject to enhanced scrutiny under our procedures.

During the year, Panmure Liberum:

Conducted risk assessments of its supply chain to identify potential areas of concern;

Applied risk-based due diligence to new and existing suppliers on an ongoing basis;

Considered country of operation as part of supplier risk assessment, applying enhanced due diligence where a supplier operates in a jurisdiction considered to present an elevated risk of modern slavery; and

Continued to review and develop its approach.

Recruitment and Staff

Panmure Liberum’s recruitment process is transparent and subject to regular review. Staff involved in recruitment receive training on modern slavery and ethical employment practices. Panmure Liberum communicates directly with candidates regarding job opportunities and contractual terms. All prospective employees and consultants are subject to identity verification and right-to-work checks through Panmure Liberum’s third-party screening provider. Individuals are paid directly into a bank account held in their own name, and payslips include all relevant statutory information.

Panmure Liberum’s Employee Handbook sets out related policies for staff, including equal opportunities, anti-discrimination and harassment, grievance procedures and whistleblowing, which support our stance against modern slavery.

Ongoing Commitment

Panmure Liberum will continue to refine its approach to modern slavery and human trafficking and will keep this statement and the underlying procedures under annual review.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2025 and has been approved by the Board of Panmure Liberum Group Limited.
