Panmure Liberum acts as Joint Broker and Joint Bookrunner on EnSilica’s oversubscribed £15m fundraise
We are pleased to announce that Panmure Liberum acted as Joint Broker and Joint Bookrunner on EnSilica plc’s oversubscribed £14 million placing and subscription and accompanying £0.9 million retail offer.
EnSilica plc (AIM: ENSI) is a fabless microchip maker with a growing portfolio of reusable IP, serving the Space and Communications, Industrial, and Automotive markets.
Due to strong institutional investor demand, the placing and subscription were oversubscribed, raising approximately £14 million at 91 pence per share. Proceeds will be used to accelerate EnSilica's contract and sales pipeline, particularly in the Space and Communications and Photonics sectors — funding SatCom ASSP development, increasing in-house engineering capacity for satellite payloads and PNT components, and expanding photonics customer opportunities. The fundraise will also secure dedicated manufacturing working capital and strengthen the Group's balance sheet, providing flexibility for further wins and general working capital.
The placing and subscription were conducted via ABB, alongside the retail offer, with first admission on 10 July and second admission expected on 29 July.
