Panmure Liberum acted as Joint Broker on GlobalData Plc’s £30.0m Tender Offer
We are delighted to announce that Panmure Liberum acted as Joint Broker on GlobalData Plc’s successful £30.0m Tender Offer at a price of 85p
GlobalData Plc is a Main Market Company who provide integrated data and workflow solutions to help organisations generate growth, build resilience, and enhance efficiency.
The Tender Offer received 56.5m valid share applications compared to the 35.3m maximum aggregate value and represents c.4.73% of the company’s share capital as at the record date. The Tender Offer is part of the ongoing strategy by the Company to return surplus cash to shareholders, having returned approximately £150 million of capital to shareholders since July 2024.
